Poor Customer Service

One star is too much. I have been sent on a wil goose chase since January by the agents. All o wanted to know is how much do i need to pay for my wifi to be put on. Alot of false promises were made. I paid in February after not receiving an invoice, and then there was a balance due. I was more than willing to pay it. The agents told me they cant help with month to month packages. And my account was not debited once again. I was told that only in April they will be able to help me.
