Poor customer service

My MTN contract was vulnerable to *****sters a few months back, they upgraded and changed contract details without my consent. I reported this to MTN and provided them with all documents to investigate... I have been waiting two months for a resolution... Everytime i contact their ***** department, they cut me off. When i go to an mtn store, they tell me there is no feedback or progress on my case and that they will send the ***** department an escalation email

Nobody has worked on my case for two months, the bill is accumulating under my name for services I am not getting... I don't know what to do... There is very poor customer service at MTN
