Poor Customer Service

on the 4th i have missed debit order, however i made payment at ShopRite using their easypay option but instead of allocating my payment they suspended my service saying that i must pay even though i have send POP still failed to allocate the payment i have made several calls to their *********** agents no one want to take responsibility their customer service is very poor.
