Poor Customer Service

MTN customer service is sending me from pillar to post with the contract that expired. I. Contacted MTN 2 months prior to tell them I'm not renewing the contract and I was told to call again a month before. I did tht and I got an sms confirming that I won't be renewing it. It's now the 3rd month and thy are still taking money from my account.
