Poor customer service

I finished paying MTN 3 months ago but they don't want to update on their end that I finished paying. I tried logging a dispute with Trans Union 2 times but they were both unsuccessful because MTN keeps telling Trans Union that I still owe them. Worse part I try to reach MTN legal but they are unreachable. I am so frustrated with MTN. They are messing up my credit score.
