POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Im a disgusted about the treatment I got from MTN customer service today 2022/5/20 at 09:00. I called the lady who assisted me took my number and my query and asked me to stay on the line......Then that irritating music started and went on and on still holding 44 MINUTES eventually she put the phone down. JUST LIKE THAT H0W RUDE IS THAT I'm paying my subscription EVERY MONTH.Im disgusted really I'm glad their telephone gets recorded I'm waiting for their response and an apology.
