Poor customer service

On Saturday morning at around 5am when I was switching on my Samsung S4, I noticed a smoke coming from the phone as I tried to check what was happening, it then exploaded on my face. Part of the bed and duvet burnt and battery swallon like pillow.I tried to lodge a complaint with no luck. This is just a pure technical or mechnical problem from the manufacture. It has nothing to do with the insurance. Mtn should stop this uncalled behavior and start taking resposibility because I bought this phone from them not samsung and I am stlill paying the contract every month. Its unacceptable from a big succesful service provider. This should be resolved within 48 hours otherwise I will take this matter further.
