POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi It is with great sadness and disappointment to write such a review for this company. I app**** for a contract with MTN at their Wonder Park Mall branch on the 25th August 2020 and I was approved next day. The day I went to apply for my phone contract I was assisted by a consultant called Gloria and she gave all my papers to another consultant called Venessa (She didn't want to assist as from her body language signing to Gloria that it was late) She advised that I need to port my number from Vodacom to MTN of which I did but Vodacom couldn't release my number but after fighting I managed to get the number released. The day I came to fetch my phone she ddnt give me an introduction to the phone as to the size as I would expect such from a person who works with phones, she made me sign papers and when I asked she said it's just papers to get the phone released. Happy as I was with my new apple I phone I found out that it's a small one and not what I expected so I contacted mtn head office and they advised I send the phone back with ref ( ***) so I sent the phone back to the store the next day without even utilizing it which the same Venessa refused to take the phone after waiting 30minutes outside the store when no one was inside and said I must phone the retention company for MTN to explain why I need the phone returned,i had to go home again with the phone (which I'm using my personal petrol to go back and forth as they sending me from pillar to post) I then called the retention line and explained my issue and they advised that they will call me that was today but they ddnt. So today I went back to he store (using my petrol again - Personal LOSS) to send the phone again but the manager called SANDRA couldn't assist also and when I spoke to her around my problem said my phone is a DEMO according to her and whole I was speaking to her other consultants were making FUNNY RUDE COMMENTS and still couldn't Assist

Can you please help me because what's advertised is not what the actual product t you get, my eyes so a big phone not a small one

Please help me get this phone returned and my contract CANCELLED so ucan get my phone number back as I can't use it also be a use of this issue
