Poor customer service

Took out two contracts for myself and my wife. Both numbers from prepaid to contract. My number was giving internet problems could not make or receive calls and still i can not receive any otp's from my apps or any normal sms is coming through. I went to see the sales consultants at the waterfall mall rustenburg a few times to resolve this issue where they just take your details and say they will resolve it but nothing happens. I have been a mtn customer for a long time but this is really pathetic service they are giving these days.
