Poor customer service.

I am not happy with MtN, they are contracting the sales to the 3rd party company by the name of Mobiles plus. Mobiles plus called me to do an upgrade and they offered me a false package. They offered me 90Gig anytime and 30 gig night. But now I am getting 40gig anytime and 40 gig night.

I called MTN because they are debit my account and they refered me to that mobiles plus. When I call mobile plus they always telling me that they have back lock and they will get back to me. It's been 2 weeks now since the call was logged.

The reference number MP-***5-1. All they need to do is pull the recording and listen to the agent but that is talking very long.
