Poor customer service

Contacted service to enquire about service however rudely told how it is not their fault for choosing MTN and address with thier own language with a note that I cannot understand, team leader or manager speaking from the background of how it is not their fault and nothing to do about it. Poor customer service, experience and orientated. Agent never listened to my enquiry but placed on hold, manager not taking accountability and talking from the background that is not their fault and will do nothing about.
