Poor customer service

Been struggling for a week now to get hold of Mtn customer care, i have been getting smses that i subscribed to some stupid games which deducts my airtime everyday i never subscribed to anything and i don't even play games right now i cannot recharge because it refuses to cancel the stupid games i am just so irritated now and wanna change this stupid network.
