POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The store in this review is MTN Store, 126 Da Gama road, Shop 4, Wavecrest shopping centre, Jeffreysbay: I' took my phone in 4 weeks ago and they said I will have my phone back within two weeks. Every time it is a different story/lie and I am still without my phone. This is the second time it happen. I up graded August last year, within the 7 day return period the phone crashed and I took it back to them. They said they will replace the phone within 2 weeks and after a lot of back and forth I only received the replacement phone after 3 months. This is absolute poor customer service also a very bad reflection on MTN
