Poor Customer Service

Service is pathetic they ask you all security questions and nature of your complaint and then drop the phone they don't bother calling back I had to call again and the same thing happens. It's always a hustle to get through to them or even get your problem solved....I'm not renewing my contract with these idiots again gonna trying someone who cares about customer services
