poor customer service

I tried doing an online application for wifi internet i have called two full days to finalize my order but none of the consultants were capable of helping or assisting me with my query nine different consultants with 6 different departments i have been transferred to yet nobody could solve anything i have asked. The only person that could relate to me was a guy named Aubrey witch helped a lot but after transferring me all went side ways either the consultant drop her phone or they have a problem or put me on hold. I will definitely change my network as i spend alot every month on this network to still receive this poor service.
