Poor customer service

I app**** for a Black Friday deal 2 weeks ago, which was approved. Delivery was set to be done in 7 days. I received an email that my application was approved and that I will get delivery date soon. Last week, I called Mtn to follow up on my delivery and I was told to send some documents. I sent the documents right away. This week I called to follow ( mind you no one called me to update me) again and I was told that my Order will have to be cancelled. They don’t give me any reason why they are cancelling my order. Pathetic service.
