Im very upset and disappointed with the level of service that was provided by 4 consultant from MTN call centre agent 1st call Lerato Call was dropped Call was 5 min

2nd call Siyangatsha Call was dropped Call was 18 min

Siphosethu Refused to hand over the call To supervisor Call was dropped Call was 12 min

I wanted to find the reason why the number cannot be realised on the nextwork since i wanted to port the another network

No solution provided all consultant were not willing to assist
