Poor customer service

I recently did an application for an iPhone 15 pro max at the MTN in the chatsworth center.

The customer service experience was really pathetic, the manager had an attitude and the ladies who worked there also had a very disrespectful tone when talking to me.

I had to ask then to cancel my application and I took my business to another branch.
