poor customer service

Good day to whom it may concern, On the 01/04/2022 i sent MTN a email , regarding my contract and wanting to cancel one of them because of various reasons. About a week or so i went to MTN to do a follow up and I had seen that they had done nothing.

I am not happy with their service , it is pathetic.
