Poor customer service
Order a new Samsung N5 from MTN Kalahari mall, after a week no response from them, went there to follow up after they said they will call me... they apparently do not have my number or any idea about me ordering a phone. 10 min later get a call from them my phone has arrived after 7 years i will never do business with MTN again. If they apoligised i would have gone back but not even a apology. Will rather try another service provider but never MTN again
