Poor customer service

Mtn Heidelberg branch I was so disappointed with the attitude of the sales team at this branch These guys do not show passion when they are assisting customers, instead they are so rude in the manner they respond to a customer Last year my bank account was debited **********ly by Mtn I went to the branch to enquire about this, and was told that someone in Durban opened an account in my name. They advised me to bring an affidavit, so that the matter can be taken up with their ***** department. I brought everything they needed to them.,to my surprise recently I learnt that my name has been listed by Mtn to the credit beraur Last month I went back to the same branch to get answers, One of the sales Lady said straight to my face that I gave my affidavit to her male colleague not her, coz she was present She said they can't do anything to assist me and my frustration should be directed to the guy who assisted me at the time. It's shocking to here that there is no accountability from these people while my credit record is affected negatively. Lastly they said I must call mtn by myself they have nothing to do with the matter.
