Poor customer service

Worst experience ever ordered home router then when I canceled and wanted refund no one was responding to me I had to call every day for 2 weeks but no one had anything concrete to say besides the back office has not gotten back to us. I kept sending POP and banking details but no one responded. Till today I'm still calling them every day
