Poor customer service

A sales assistant sold a wrong phone to my mother I originally wanted a 13 promax...he sold her a 13 pro. When I called them to find out how we can fix it they said we can not return it even if it's less than 7 day we would have to pay the when amount. I am. Really disappointed with. MTN...they show no loyalty even if you've been their loyal customer.
