Poor customer service

I was quite unhappy with the service I received from Mtn call center Agent, who initially took my address incorrectly whereby I had now to call *** with my own airtime were also I was not assisted.

I attended to the woodlands mall Mtn store 3 times to try and get the problem solved however same could not be achieved.

This router does not work nor connection non what so ever. So on 19 July 2024,I canceled the contract and request for my full refund i was told it will take 21 working days... I called the help line after 21 working days I was to same has been canceled and advise to call 083135 for the refund.. I called The number mentioned above spoke to Nolonwabo who advised that I send an email to this email address *** and she will respond to it... No response was I followed again and still no response received. I will never recommend Mtn to anyone
