Poor customer service

MTN’s customer service is very poor. All the customer service agents are ***********!!😤😤 They all don’t know how to handle queries. I spoke to a whole lot of them to change my debit order date and they still failed to help me out.

I then went two MTN stores for assistance,namely WonderPark and Mall of Africa and they still failed to help me out 🚮🚮🚮 what ****ery is that??✋✋
