Poor customer service

I did an upgrade with MTN for Iphone 11 online ,which they then delivery the wrong , when I opend the box the iphone was also not correct and was also faulty....I took the iphone back to the MTN store for cancelation before the 10 days .they mtn agent said the iphone cancelation was logged .but now I am being charged for a iphone I don't have .
