Poor Customer service

Complaint: Poor Service at MTN Store, Village Centre, Constantia(Cape Town)

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the MTN store located at Village Centre in Constantia.

On Monday, I visited the store to perform a SIM swap, but I was told to bring an affidavit. I returned today with the affidavit, my original ID, and proof of address. However, the staff then requested a certified copy of my ID, which they had not mentioned previously.

This oversight has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and expense, as I had to travel to the store twice. As someone with a disability, I find it distressing to have to make repeated trips, especially when it could have been avoided if the staff had provided clear instructions from the start.

The store manager was unable to assist me or provide a satisfactory solution. I hope that MTN will take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to address the issues I have raised.
