poor customer service

MTN, I am a very angry customer and a loyal one. I had a contract with you for many years and I recently canceled a contract I had with u only to find out that who ever canceled my contract wiped me off the system as a result I need to do a whole new process .I want the call recording for this as I am now unable to get a new contract
