Poor Customer Service

The worst telecommunication company that does not consider customer care because it's been over a month having the same problem and it seems to not care about my problem and when it is time to pay for the contract, they quick to remind me and they are quick grey list should I have a problem with payments I have given up on this company and don't know what to do anymore
