Poor customer service

I have a contract with mtn. I receive 60GB AND 20GB night express. For the past 4 months I have been trying to get mnt to explain to me, how to we finish 60gb in seven days. I have been phoning, emails ,dms and no luck. I want to cancel the contract now.
