Poor customer service

Went to MTN Blue Route mall in Capetown. I left without being served despite being the only customer at the counter had to stand there for more than 5 minutes without any staff member attending to me or just a greeting. There was a lady sitting in front of her computer who didn't even say a word and the other guys were busy on the other sides doing "who know what" on their gadgets.
