POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poor service!! Had a issue with my contract from day one. Have my contract for 4 months. Have a issue with outbound call. I receive calls but cannot make any calls. Have phoned them numerous times and no one can assist with the issue. No one follows up with complaints email.
