Poor customer service

Really disappointed with the lack of appreciation MTN shows to customers when taking out contracts. Vodacom gives gifts to their customers when they take out contacts, MTN gives you a paper bag. We took 4 contacts 1 IPhone 14 plus, 1 Nova 10 and 2 Nova 8I and got nothing as gifts. Gifts are a way of saying thank you and these gifts come from the phone provider not the service provider so why not give them customers.
