Poor Customer Service
I went to an MTN store in carlton center one Saturday and the service was very poor. Only two employees were working on the busiest day as it was month-end, one was welcoming customers the other was assisting with queries. Even though it was a busy day there's no excuse, they had a stinking attitude and the customer service was very bad. I had one of the worst experiences.
