Poor Customer Service
New contract was app**** for with a Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (Gold). Contract was approved. MTN Kolonnade said they will order the phone. Was called to collect the phone, but it was not the gold one but black. Now MTN say they don't know if they will get a gold one. MTN Wonderpark and Wonderboom junction has the gold one in stock, but Kolonnade wants me to accept the black one.

Please note that you may ask for your application to be sent to Wonderpark or Wonderboom Junction branches or alternatively ask for the application to be cancelled at Kollonnade so that you may secure your device at an alternative branch. Kindly note that some branches are privately owned, so we cannot send a request through for the device the be swopped or sent through.
