Poor Customer Service

In Feb 2018 I saw MTN advertise a promotion that if you pre-order the new Samsung S9 you would get a Gear Fit Pro as a gift. Both me and my wife app**** online as we are both already MTN customers due for a contract renewal. On 2 March a sales person contacted us the first time and on 12 March I finalised the deal and my wife did the same on 13 March. I received my phone on 16 March and my wife on 19 March. Thats we she pointed out that there was no option on the Samsung Rewards App to Burn the Promotional gift as per instruction from the MTN sales rep. I contacted the rep on 23 March and she gave me the instruction to send an email to Samsung and told me that it was a Samsung gift, not a MTN gift. I contacted Samsung and after numerous emails and unanswered email I reverted back to the MTN sales lady. She took both my wife and my deals and handed it over to her management on 29 March. That afternoon my wife received her notification and was able to claim her gift. I informed the sales rep that I was still waiting for my notification. On Tuesday 3 April I contacted her again and informed her that I had still not received any notification. She informed me that I should follow up with Samsung again and include her in the email. By 5 April I haven't received any feedback from MTN or Samsung. I sent another email to both parties stating that I was not happy with the poor customer service. On 6 April the sales rep rep**** by saying her management to her that it had nothing to do with MTN and that I should follow up with Samsung myself. I said that I signed the contract with MTN and that I felt MTN was responsible to follow up with Samsung, not me, as the were the ones advertising the promotion. I did not sign a contract with Samsung. I asked her to send me the email addresses of her management that give her the instruction and to date have not received any feedback.
