Poor Customer Service :(

I believe that MTN and Mondo have a ********** operation between them, your customer service is bad and I am disappointed with the amount of stress and frustration caused by you just because I want to cancel a contract with you, it is with great disgust that I am writing this review, you are completely *********** and I will shout on any customer service platform that I know of to do to get the response I need to get this contract canceled. I will even go the legal route should push come to shove I am very ****ed and annoyed by your incompetence, at this point I believe you hire *********** people who do not know how to do their job. I never want to be part of MTN, your service is complete nonsense at this point I am over you. What's even worse is I have been trying to get my email fixed because I do not receive any communication from you because you have someone else's email saved under my profile and I believe this Thembi Dlamini person has been receiving all my private information including a contract that carries my private information and that a POPIA act violation.
