Poor customer service

I called mtn and I spoke with Charlotte Mokoena who was very rude and not a good listener when I was explaining myself she kept on talking and she then put me on hold when I checked the watch I was on the line for 24 minutes she then came back and asked me my ID number again and when I asked for the team leader she said there was no team leader she wanted to transfer me to another department and after asking for my ID number she said hold on I am stii checking and after that I found myself transferred back to the line again and the l was dropped I then called again and the phone got answered but the agent on the other side of the line was not talking I only got her name from a survey sent by mtn to rate her service and they wrote her name as Zanele Malotana and when I recall this is not th e first time I am writing a review about mtn and I have 4 contracts with the company
