Poor customer service

Today I called MTN customer service to cancel one of the two routers. Yoo I received bad service and wasn't assisted. I then ask Nomfundo to transfer me to management which she didn't she put me on hold, then Nobuhle picked up and transfered me to of the colleagues. So I was sent from pillar to post 😡😡. I'm even considering to cancel both router's due to bad service. There's no coverage where I relocated for haven sake
