POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I Took 2 new contracts in Sandton City whilst on holiday and I cannot use the sim cards as its asking me to RICA. I then call Customer care to sort this out and they ask me to go back to the store that I took the contract. WHEN I AM BASED IN DURBAN.The lady says it is suppose to be done in store. Now I have 2 contracts which I am paying for but cannot use. RIDICULOUS!!
