Poor customer service
<p>Good morning</p> <p>I did block my phone on the 03-02-2017 due to it was ****** but did get it back and request to unblock on the 4-03-2017and after email's and phone calls still nothing are or was done I am not happy with the service at all,after I am dealing with MTN now more than 17 years I can’t use my phone and assist now on a new one they can take this S6 because it’s not worth to me anything they can actually cancel my entire contract. My number is ********** 157 Zelma Gouws .I will make sure if they do not sort me out to day that everyone knows about the service I am working in the adverting industry. I spoke to Bronwyn <Lyzaan and and sent mails to Nosipho Mothobi and mtn sent to user Maslong_mo</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope to het my new phone or my contract cancelled</p> <p><br /> </p>
