Poor customer service

On Sunday (28/08/2022) I went to MTN Clearwater mall to do a sim swap, I submitted all the documents that were needed and everything went well. The lady who was assisting me told me that the sim swap will be active after 24 hours, I went home and after 24 hours the sim swap is still not done. i called the store and they told me to call back around 4 o'clock when i called they didn't answer the phone. I called MTN customer care and they told me there was no request sent for the SIM swap meaning the sim swap was not done at all. I'm very angry right now because even when I try to call the store, there is no one to answer the phone. I don't have time to do up and down because of someone who is ***********. I want to see my sim swap done.
