Poor customer service

One star because zero is not an option.

I received poor service from MTN stores and the customer service at Head office.

I have exhausted all resources to my disposal to try and get my issues and complaints sorted but no one has given me any update.

I have escalated my queries to the customer services and to Nicolene Van Dyk, Koena Montja and Mpho Mokonyane which i was told that they are MTN regional managers but a week later still no reply. I was just advised that the store told them that they have called me and i havent received any call from their store.i still struggle with their device every single day and they are doing nothing about it.
