Poor customer service

Legal Department, poor service. They don't care about customers, I have been trying call MTN for 3 hours to get my Paid up letter and eventually when I get to speak to the customer service department. I am told they need to transfer my call to legal. But every time that happens my call gets cut off. I am glad that this is my lat time dealing with MTN
