Poor customer experience

I have received a home connect router on Monday i have rica registered my SIM card but is still inactive i am stucked with the non working router i hope you not gonna debit my account for something that i am not benefiting from when i call/whatsapp chat i am being sent from pillar to post please fetch your router if I can’t be assisted.
