Poor customer experience

My data was supposed to be loaded on the 27 March but instead of 8GB 1GB was loaded i have contacted them but tgey not willing to assist. I requested to speak to a super at 09:18 on 06/03/2021 but no who ever was available refused to speak to me. But come monthend they will deduct my bank account
