Poor Customer Care Service

i decided to get my girlfriend a new MTN contract phone. I approved a minutes contract including data deal. MTN charges around R330pm. She then lost the phone including the sim card in the FIRST month, we then broke up, I continued paying. FINE !! NOW the 24 month contract has LAPSED. Despite the numerous attempts to cancel this contract, I was eventually transferred to the Legal department who never picks up the phone, NOW MTN sent a statement that they will continue to debit from my account despite my numerous attempts to cancel this thing. I REGRET THE DAY I MADE A MTN CONTRACT!!
