Poor Customer Care Service

Poor customer service, I have had a support ticket open for a month to sort out an issue for a service I am paying for, but they cannot identify the issue and they just keep saying the same thing that they have, "refreshed my SIM". Very frustrating that they cannot identify the issue and are very slow to sort out this issue.
