Poor customer care service

MTN has the worst customer care service. I am struggling for a month already to have my problem with my account sorted. I have been a client for years and now that I have a problem they send me from one company to another. If I pay my bills to MTN then I feel that MTN should sort out my queries and not the client to call different companies to get my contract sorted. I send emails upon emails but no one responded to my problem.
