poor customer care by Buhle Hadebe at Mtn online (135) customer care services

I called mtn customer care service to cancel my contract which was due for cancelation on 11 may 2025.the cancel notice was supposed to be place on April 11. I interacted with Buhle Hadebe which then told me there was an error, she can't proceed with my cancelation notice. she also denied me the ref number for the call but she already opened my profile. at the beginning of this contract Mtn richards bay ****** me an amount of R 1500.00 due incompetence of their employees or the deliberately did it because the contract I signed was data only but they opened unlimited call line without my consent and refused to accept their negligence. Mtn treatment changes when you canceling their contract,
